Just Building Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Operations Assistant / Driver to assist daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need while maintaining an organized and efficient shop. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and ready to support both field and shop activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment in the shop and on job sites
- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver materials, supplies, and equipment to various job locations
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the shop, and storage areas
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
- Support job site setup, cleanup, and general labor tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety protocols and traffic laws
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Time Management and Communication Skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Experience in a construction or trades environment is a plus
- Basic mechanical or tool knowledge is a bonus

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
