We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee 2–3 residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can deliver high-quality projects on schedule while effectively managing field teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of 2–3 active construction projects.
- Oversee subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate the procurement, ordering, and timely delivery of project materials to avoid delays.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
- Coordinate project handoffs with estimating and preconstruction teams.
- Resolve project challenges and maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety practices, and contractual requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of construction processes and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction management experience.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, material procurement, and project management.
- Experience with construction management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.
